To confirm a reservation, a deposit is required, determined at the time of booking. The final payment, made via bank wire, cheque, digital transfer, or major credit card, must be received by the specified date. Contact your Travel Advisor for full details. Only compliance with deposit and final payment schedules or other policies will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
All Journeys are guaranteed to operate unless noted otherwise. Guaranteed departures will proceed except in cases of force majeure, including significant global events affecting travel or other circumstances beyond Milestone Discoveries’ control.
Milestone will not match any lower advertised price on the Website for the same program, travel date, and accommodation classification for all Group Journeys booked through Milestone. Contact Milestone Discoveries for a price adjustment before travel. Milestone Discoveries reserves the right to change or cancel the Milestone Discoveries Price Assurance for future bookings without notice.
4.1 International participants must have a valid passport and visa. For expeditions within India, a valid photo ID issued by the Government of India or the respective government for foreign customers is required (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Driving License).
4.2 Organizers may accept or reject any registration and participant at their discretion.
4.3 The package cost includes accommodation based on single/double/triple occupancy with meals as specified. Early check-in requires an additional room night. Requests for early check-in are subject to hotel availability and discretion.
4.4 Upgrades are available on request at an additional cost. Special requests (adjacent rooms, bedding preferences, dietary needs) should be made at booking. Efforts will be made to meet requests, but they are not guaranteed.
4.6 If medical assistance is needed, the accompanying team will provide the necessary aid within their capabilities. Based on the attending doctor's decision, participants may be transported to the nearest medical facility. Any extra costs will be borne by the participant.
4.7 In case of a breakdown, the accompanying team will attempt repairs. If repairs are not possible, organizers will arrange for service or a replacement vehicle.
4.8 Organizers are not responsible for delays or changes due to natural hazards, accidents, weather, sickness, or other unforeseen events.
4.9 Force majeure includes circumstances beyond Milestone discoveries's control, such as war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, and other similar events. Milestone Discoveries is not liable for any travel-related costs incurred by Guests due to force majeure. No refunds will be provided for discontinued journeys due to these reasons.
These Terms govern the relationship between participants and Milestone Discoveries Pvt. Ltd. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or death arising from third-party services. Milestone Discoveries reserves the right to make itinerary changes at its discretion.
Milestone Discoveries reserves the right to photograph and video Guests during the Journey for promotional purposes. By booking, Guests agree to the use of their images by Milestone Discoveries.
Participants must be prepared for different lifestyles and cultures. Unpredictable situations and local inadequacies may arise. Milestone Discoveries is not responsible for delays due to unavoidable circumstances.
Milestone Discoveries contracts with independent suppliers for accommodations, transport, and other services. Milestone Discoveries is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by these third parties. Participants assume all risks associated with the Journey and Activities.
Participants must follow safety protocols, including wearing masks, using hand sanitizers, and social distancing. A COVID-19 RT-PCR negative test report (not older than 72 hours) is required before the trip. Milestone Discoveries is not responsible for any COVID-19 infections during the expedition.
Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including travel through less-developed regions and engaging in activities beyond normal safety levels. Expeditions are not suitable for those who expect everything to go exactly as planned.
Participants must certify that all details provided are correct and accept the risks associated with the expedition. They agree to indemnify Milestone Discoveries against any claims arising from personal injury, illness, death, or property damage. Participants must have comprehensive medical insurance.
These Terms do not limit Milestone Discoveries's benefits under any applicable laws or international conventions that provide liability limitations. Participants are advised to seek legal advice before signing.
