A standard driving licence is typically sufficient. No special training is required, but participants should be comfortable with long-distance driving and varying road conditions. There is no fixed duration of driving experience required to join our expeditions. However, it is essential that drivers are skilled and confident enough to handle challenging terrains, including mountains and high passes. To ensure a smooth and safe journey, our lead driver provides instructions and guidance through radio sets, especially in more demanding areas. This support helps all participants navigate difficult sections of the route with greater ease.
Remember, driving is not mandatory. For your convenience a driver can be arranged for your vehicle.
