We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, forcing you to change your travel plans. This policy outlines the cancellation fees associated with cancelling your Milestone Discoveries adventure.
In case a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as on account of a pandemic, civil disturbances, terrorism, war, adverse weather conditions, an act of god, change in global politics and permits or any similar event, we will endeavour to work with all our trip partners such as hotels, guides and any other service providers to refund the maximum amount possible. However, this is not guaranteed.
In case Milestone Discoveries cancels the trip, due to any reasons not mentioned above, full amount will be refunded to the participants.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances that may lead to trip cancellation. Travel insurance can often cover unexpected events like illness, injury, or natural disasters.
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as modifying your departure date or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, any changes may be subject to additional fees or may not be possible depending on availability.
